Stretches for the hands and wrists can help if you are on the computer for a long time and help prepare the wrists for weight bearing work in Pilates like plank or side plank.

My life: I say I’m vegan(ish) and I am sharing some of food that I love to eat, that is delicious, quick to make and healthy (and yes, this is in order of priority!) I love to batch cook vegan food so I don't feel like I am in the kitchen as much and I am huge fan of leftovers because of this.
Movement: Many times people cannot do plank work at first because of the pressure they feel on their wrists. This can be caused due to not distributing the weight properly across the hands or wrists that are not flexible and strong enough to support our weight in a plank position. (Yes, even the wrists need to be flexible and strong.) This short stretching routine for the hands and wrists will help with this and if you experience carpal tunnel.
