Time to elevate our Pilates Mat Workout and try a Standing Pilates Workout. This Pilates routine will work on balance, strength and flexibility. Instead of the classic Pilates equipment, we will use a chair for some of the exercises and will be doing standing footwork, spinal articulation and event throw in a Pilates PushUp.
The class is taught at a steady pace that will allow you time to stretch and focus on proper form.
This is an amazing routine if you are a beginner to Pilates, want to work on more standing exercises to increase your bone density, and even if you want a workout in under 20 minutes without getting on your exercise clothes.
I love doing a lot of these exercises after a long day at work or first thing in the morning. Really anytime you can fit Pilates in is a good time.
