Not just for Pilates beginners, this well rounded workout will help foster a greater understanding of Pilates and build a solid foundation if you would like to progress to more advanced Pilates mat work.
We are going to slow down the pace of this class and take the time to connect to some of the fundamental Pilates exercises and positions in this 30 minute class. I will talk you through all of the exercises ensuring that you have the proper positions so you can work on a establishing a solid Pilates practice.
