Vlogtober Day 3 is here and we dive into a Pilates talk about a Joseph Pilates quote about nature. Yes, we are moving beyond the Pilates mat and seeing how he wrote about other aspects of a holistic and healthy lifestyle besides the exercises. Now don’t get me wrong I LOVE the PIlates exercises but for me, it is about a Pilates lifestyle beyond the mat as well.
My life update is about how I started by day before work and how I ended my day after work. One to set an intention for the and the latter how to stay in the moment and appreciate right where we are at.
Lastly, I did a very short Pilates breathing sequence where I let the breath move my body. You can do this first thing in the morning, late at night or whenever you need a few minutes for yourself to destress and check in with how you are doing.
