
The class will get started with supine Pilates footwork and will end with standing Pilates footwork. The same name but the focus is so different, one really focuses on getting strong abs and the second focuses on strong and balanced legs.
In between the beginning and end of class are exercises that work to strengthen, stretch and balance your body with some fun variations to Pilates exercises: spine twist with rainbow arms and forward fold, single leg stretch and single straight leg stretch with an arm reach, take a long side-lying walk, forearm side bend with a leg lift... the list can go on.
