Wake up and take time for a Morning Movement Routine!
Pilates Talk: The first segment of this Vlogtober Video features a quote from Joseph Pilates book Return to Life that talks about making sure you build a solid foundation with Pilates.

Movement: Adding a morning movement routine can get your day off to such a wonderful start. This movement routine is about 10 minutes long and will help to wake up your body and is suitable if you are a Pilates Beginner. (But trust me, I love this routine and use it ALL THE TIME, so it is not just for people who are new to Pilates. I have found doing gentle stretches and movements is not only a great way to start the day, but to include in your evening routine or even to prepare the body for a Pilates workout or meditation session (more on that later).
