When we take the time to slow down and focus on our breathing, we can experience the benefits from taking deep breathes. In this class, we will be focusing on breathing into the low back and wrapping that breath to the ribs. This Pilates Practice is very helpful to release a tight low back and ensure you start to feel more comfortable breathing deeply into the body which will help with your execution of Pilates exercises, making them more effective.
This breathing sequence is a great addition before any Pilates class on this channel and is also nice to incorporate first thing in the morning, before bed or really anytime throughout the day.
