Core engagement, spinal articulation and get a great all around workout with this Pilates Mat class in under 15 minutes - Dynamic Pilates Workout. This exercise class has a great pilates flow and after you engage your total body with a steady rhythmic breathing pattern you will leave the Pilates mat feeling energized to progress with your day.
We will get starting with some standing roll ups and quickly progress to a plank position to activate the core and shoulders and make our way with a fun transition to rolling like a ball. Squeeze in some classic pilates exercises for the abs along with single leg pelvic curls, this class is just getting started! Seated spine twist, with some work for the flute med followed by another classic Pilates exercise of Side Bend, this class does not stop. Move through your spine like a cat before engaging the back and triceps, reverse push up and transition to closed leg rocker and teaser. Start winding down with a mat variation of the Pilates exercise up stretch and end the class with the same standing roll up you got started with.
