Learn how to Reduce Knee Pain in this Pilates 2 Minute Tuesday Tip. The knees may experience discomfort in a variety of Pilates exercises and my goal is that if this is. happening to you that you don’t push through the discomfort and knee pain.
This Tuesday Tip will give you insight on how make sure you have enough support for the exercises as A LOT of people experience knee pain when kneeling.
If you experience knee pain when bending or knee pain when straightening the legs, this requires a different approach.
Hint: it is not just about doing squats as often times people experience knee pain with squats but rather exercises we can do and extra padding we can use to make sure we are getting knee pain relief.
These Pilates Tips for beginners I use to this day in my personal workouts on days where my knees need a little extra padding and I am consistently working on the Pilates Exercises to strengthen my outer hips to support my knees (you’ll also see this work in almost every class I teach.)
