Sometimes we need a little extra focus in one area of our body and in this Leg Workout Pilates Class, the thighs, glutes and hamstrings get a little extra work. This is Pilates, so we will still squeeze in some ab and back work but our goal is to feel the burn in the legs with some refined and concentrated leg exercises.
A lot of these exercises are adapted from the Pilates Reformer and completed on the Pilates Mat, pack a punch that is sure to give your legs an amazing workout.
Where I live, everyone is prepping for ski season and I was a little inspired by this and used ski conditioning as my emphasis of the class. When you ski it is not only important to have strong legs but it is also very important to stay connected to your core for support.
So whether you want to use this class for ski conditioning, to sculpt, strengthen or stretch your legs, this class is sure to give you a few challenges while we stick with my typical Pilates flow, connection and awareness.
