
We will get started right away with seated spinal mobility and spinal rotation exercises while working on getting strong abs. We will then progress to working on opening the shoulders, engaging the hamstrings, working the thighs and getting a strong back. Lastly, we will work on stretching the hips and hamstrings.
All of these exercises and stretches are performed at a steady pace that allow ample opportunity for you to breathe and so you experience the Pilates Flow.
