Pilates for a Office Workers and a Healthy Back is a brief 25 minute Pilates class that will help you release office tension and realign. If you have a theraband at home or a yoga strap, make sure to grab that before we get started. The class focuses on stretching the shoulders and chest and rotating and extending the spine.
Like any great Pilates Mat Class, we will do ab exercises but the main focus of this class is restore balance to the body, wake up the back and to feel good.
This Pilates class is perfect after a long day at work or even during your lunch break if you can find a place to roll out your mat. As always, I encourage you to find the best variation for your body today.
